<image:title>Experience - Manufacturing Team Leader RPM Wood Finishes Group Hudson, NC 10/12/17 - Present</image:title>
<image:caption>At RPM Wood Finishes Group, I started as a filling line attendant on a single high speed line where the team I was on were responsible for the loading, filling, lidding, labeling, boxing and stacking of millions of cans of products, most notably wood stain. Within 2 years, I learned all of the machines and how to fix them. Plus, I learned how to operate and repair a second more advanced high speed line we acquired as well as learning how to run the old “non-high speed” line. I was quickly promoted to leader of all three lines within two years, giving me my first taste of management. Working directly with my supervisor, I was in charge of a lot of maintenance, scheduling, and making sure everyone performed their jobs to the best of their ability. This is where I learned patience under stress and how to work with many people at once.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Education - Some College</image:title>
<image:caption>No degree? No big deal. I still have the knowledge and it’s less about the paper and more about what I can actually do for you. I’ve passed classes such as Intro to Computers, Intro to Networking, and Intro to Operating Systems. Maybe not that impressive, but most of my education has been self taught. Building and troubleshooting computers and networks, home labs, and some simulation and game development. Career Readiness Certification (Silver) OSHA Certification Working on my CompTIA A+ Certification</image:caption>
